Find a Hospital
Hurt in a road accident? Call 999 for emergency help. Medical card holders can find panel hospitals for AIA, Great Eastern, Etiqa Takaful, RHB and Liberty.
Injured in an Accident? Get Help First.
Call 999 (or 112 from a mobile) for an ambulance, or go to the nearest emergency department. Emergency treatment does not depend on which insurer you are with.
After a Road Accident Injury
- Keep every medical report, receipt and bill. You will need them for any bodily injury claim.
- Make a police report within 24 hours, as the law requires.
- If another driver was at fault, your injury claim is made against their insurer. Tell your own insurer too.
- If your motor policy has a personal accident add-on, check it for medical expense cover.

Find Your Insurer’s Panel Hospitals
Have a medical card? Go to a panel hospital of your insurer so you can be admitted with your card instead of paying first. Group medical card holders can also check the back of their card, or ask HR.
