Step 1

Option 1 : Email us via [email protected] and request policy cancellation and refund.

Option 2 : Use mobile app and submit necessary documents for policy cancellation and refund.

Step 2

Policyholder will receive notification via email and mobile app, and request will be processed together with the insurance company, within 2 business days.

Step 3

Policyholder will receive refund within 7 – 14 business days, based on the given bank account number.
